How much is the subscription?For individuals, our subscription costs £14.99. This is billed annually and may be cancelled at any time. Schools, wishing to subscribe 5 or more team members, are eligable for a 15% discount per user.

How long does the subscription last for?Subscriptions run for a period of one year at which point they will automatically renew unless cancelled.

How do I access my subscriber-only resources?Once subscribed, ensure that you are logged in via a laptop or desktop computer. Visit the 'Subscriber Hub' which you will find a link to at the top of the page or at the foot of the App Bar on the right of the page.

How do I use the resources in full-screen?Open the resource of your choice and then simply click the small thumbnail, in the top right-hand corner, to display each resource in full-screen.

I have forgotten my log-in details. How do I get back in?Your username is the email with which you registered and may not be changed. Passwords may be reset by following the 'forgot password?' link on the login page.

I logged in but I can't access the resources. Why?Subscriptions are only linked to the account through which you purchased them. If you have paid for the year, but cannot access the resources, please double check that the email address you are logged in with matches the one which you made payment through.

How do I cancel my subscription?It's easy to cancel your subscription. Simply head to the 'Subscriber Hub' via the 'Subscriber Resources' menu in the header on the main page. Once inside, follow the link to 'Manage Subscription,' where you can manually cancel at any time.
